After two decades building and scaling operations across service, engineering, and field-driven companies in Texas, I've learned that most operational problems aren't people problems. They're system and accountability problems.
I work across all levels — from ownership decisions to frontline execution — and I'm equally comfortable in the spreadsheet and on the shop floor. My approach is grounded in active listening, pattern recognition, and surfacing issues that often go unspoken due to hierarchy or communication gaps.
